NetHope 2007-2009 - After a 25 year career with Accenture with various leadership positions, Jack has been serving as a Global Program Director for NetHope, a collaborative NGO focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the largest NGOs. Jack is driving initiatives defining NetHope’s 3-year strategy, and programs in Shared Services across the NGOs, Aggregated Procurement, and Public Partner Partnerships with large corporate technology leaders. Jack is also leading the initiative across the NGOs in ICT4D focused on bringing services and solutions to the Rural/Base of the Pyramid. This includes base lining reusable solutions, identifying common needs and designing solutions with the NGO members and large corporate technology leaders. These solutions are focused on Health, Education, Micro-finance and support for Small and Medium enterprises across the developing world.
Accenture 1982-2007 – Jack, as a senior partner from the Southern California office, has held various leadership positions over his tenure. This includes running the Electronic & High Tech’s Western U.S. Practice as well as Sales for the Communication and High Tech Practice in the Western U.S. These roles included responsibility for P&L, operational aspects of the various practices, and for carrying out the firm’s strategic growth initiatives in that region.
Jack also built the strategy and implemented the Global High Tech Practice’s assets and offerings. This included formalizing and taking to market all of Accenture’s SI and Outsourcing assets and offerings across Supply Chain, Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence, SOA, Finance and Performance Management, Human Performance and IT. This included responsibility for market alliances globally for Communications and High Tech industries. For several years, Jack also ran the Strategic Accounts and largest deals for the North American High Tech and Entertainment P&Ls.
During his tenure, Jack has served as senior client partner responsible for several of Accenture’s largest business transformation programs and most innovative engagements at Microsoft, Dell, HP, Sun, eBay, BEA, EMC, Cisco, Gateway, Applied Materials, Boeing, Northrop, Texas Instruments, CBS, Disney and AT&T Wireless.
